Sasaran Tahunan K3LL
Direktur Perusahaan bersama dengan anggota manajemen harus membuat dan meninjau kebijakan secara rutin. Kebijakan ini berisi sasaran K3LL.

Tugas Manajemen Lini
Untuk mencapai sasaran K3LL Perusahaan, Direktur dan Manajer harus merencanakan, mengatur, memotivasi, mengendalikan dan menindaklanjuti pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan masalah K3LL. 

Semua anggota Manajemen harus berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi kebijakan K3LL setahun sekali dan membuat program operasi tahunan K3LL. 

Program K3LL dan perubahan apapun pada Sistem Manajemen K3LL harus dikomunikasikan dengan para staf melalui garis komunikasi yang dibuat.

Anggota Manajemen bertanggung jawab untuk menetapkan contoh dengan meningkatkan aktivitas K3LL pada tingkatan yang tinggi. Hal ini akan dicapai dengan kunjungan tempat kerja, melaksanakan Observasi K3LL dan mengarahkan Rapat-rapat K3LL.

Garis Tanggung Jawab
K3LL merupakan suatu garis tanggung jawab dalam Perusahaan. Semua personil bertanggung jawab pada aktivitas K3LL dalam lingkup pekerjaan mereka.

Line Management Duties
To make it possible to attain Company’ HSE objectives, Directors, and Managers shall plan, organize, motivate, control and follow up the work with special regard to HSE matters. All members of Management shall participate in the evaluation of the HSE Policy once a year, and establish an Annual Operations HSE Program. The HSE Program and any changes to the HSE Management System shall be communicated to staff through established communication lines.

The members of Management are responsible for setting an example by promoting HSE activities at the highest level. This will be achieved by worksite visits, performing HSE Observations and addressing HSE Meetings.

Line Responsibility
HSE is a line responsibility within Company. All
personnel are responsible for HSE activities within their sphere of influence.
